Everyone possesses varying personality and character traits of ‘light’ and ‘dark’. And traditionally, in exploring sexuality, dark elements such as Bondage, Domination and Sadomasochism are shunned.

However, in very specific situations (with fully consenting individuals), such darker human interactions can evoke and inspire profoundly positive experiences.

With introspection, one may realise that human interactions can be ‘dark’ while bringing positive outcomes and, conversely, ‘light’, but bringing negative outcomes.

Darkness and light are but two sides of the same coin and are merely a means to an end - one that is ideally positive for everyone involved.

In the context of exploring Sensuality and Sexuality, this workshop focuses on sharing practical tips and insights into how we can go beyond a simplistic “pleasure = good, pain = bad” mindset. Expand your toolkit and range of experiences by learning about our dark side, and, how we can use it for positive outcomes.

If you have always been intrigued by components of BDSM and are new to it, or would like to explore different perspectives on it, AND, want practical, useful advice on the topic - this might be the workshop for you (and your partner)!

There are practical hands-on components, so we encourage you to come with someone you’re comfortable to practice with. Singles may join to observe but will have limited practice opportunities in the workshop.

Unlike the sensual massage workshop series, participants may be fully clothed throughout.

8:00pm - Introduction & sharing (topics are subject to change based on the interaction with participants)

Instructions to participants / Requirements: Come in relaxing attire that allows free body movement. You may change onsite. Shorts and T-shirts or comfortable gym attire work well.

About the instructors:
Mike has always been fascinated with the human mind and its intricacies. Initially experimenting in the areas of music and meditation, he began exploring the confluence of mindfulness, sensuality and massage more than 8 years ago. Passionate about his art, he founded sensualmassageart.com to share sensuality, meditation & massage with the world. Still learning, he is on a journey of discovery and hopes to share some of the magic he's discovered with you!

Pothos has 12 years of massage experience. He has a fascination for the human body in its entirety. Having started with traditional forms and styles of massages, which he became proficient in, he started seeking new challenges. Thus began his exploratory adventures in the world of sensual massages where he's constantly growing, learning, and honing his craft. He also likes experimenting with incorporating elements of kink such as primal play, domination, and sensory play into sensual massage. Currently co-authoring at www.sensualmassageart.com together with Mike and is always interested in meeting and sharing with like-minded people.

Cost: $100 per individual coming.
